Don't worry, when you sell a bonus tower, it isn't counted towards your interest untill after you receive your interest. You'll see the interest go up at that point.

Your last level has some path points at non-existing coordinates. Did you put those there on purpose for timing? because they generate lots of errors. If you need them for timing I should probably make support for that.

Ok, I've disabled the warning on bad way points for now, until I add a proper delay function to paths.
It does look cool, the way the creeps wind their way around that map

im leaving out stuff thats totally obvious

width- the width of the map in # of tiles. use the little arrow or type in a number to change the maps width. if you check left it adds on new area onto the left instead of the right.

height- same as above but has to do with height. checking top adds new area onto the top.

interest increase- how much your interest goes up every time you kill one of the pep type.

to change what type of hex thing is on the board push the following keys while you are hovering over what you want to change
p- the purple creep path
n- non build-able non path area
b- build-able area

to add a new path hit the +. this creates a path with 0 positions in it.
to delete a path select a path then push the - next to the +

to add positions (i dont know what they should be called) to the creep path, when you have a path selected just click on the map and it will add that tile as a position. just keep clicking tile by tile until you get the path you want. as you add positions the positions are added to a little list bellow the different paths. you can select any individual position from the list and edit the path from there.

at the bottom it either says move or insert. just click on it to switch the mode.

when on insert it adds the next position right after your current position. if you have a position in the middle of the path selected it inserts a new position after your current position.

when on move it moves your currently selected position to where you click.

if you push the - it deletes your currently selected position.

delay is amount of time after the person hits 'next wave' before the wave for the given path starts. if you have 5 paths you might not want all of them going at once.

when you have the map edited the way you want push the 'print' button and it pops up with a thing that has all the maps details. copy it then go to the main menu and hit 'new'. paste the stuff in there and hit load. then hit start and your map starts.

the wave gen i here
http://hextd.sourceforge.net/wavegen.html

i hope that made some sense...

After editing your map, you hit the print button, this gives you the text-code of your map. You copy that to a text-document (in notepad for example).
That last (and largest) part of that text-file is the wave descriptions. If your map already has some, just remove those, and replace 'em with the wave descriptions generated by wavegen.

After that, you can fine-tune your map by changing bits by hand.

To test your map, start the game, click "New" in the map-selection, past your map in the window that opens, and click "load".

You go to wavegen, generate waves for the correct number of pahts, and replace the waves in your map in notepad with the waves generated with wavegen.

Then you start HexTD, click "New" from the map-selection screen, paste your map in the window and click "load".

I guess integrating wavegen with the map editor should be higher on my ToDo list
