Usefulness/uselessness of Towers

What Towers seem to have the best pop/$$ ratio?

TBH, it seemed like the Supermonkey was rather...lacking. Tack and Cannon seem the best 2.

Where do Boomerangs stand? They were my fav tower in BTD2..

Boomerangs can only pop 8 balloons per shot. I have seen 10+ from tack baloons so those are probably better unless you are out of space on spots where tacks will be useful which is near impossible unless you are getting to 80+.

Cannons and Tacks are the way to go imo.

Tacks are the best. Using more than 8 cannons is useless. Just mass tacks and build super monkeys to live forever, or at least until around 160+ I would assume.

Tacks are clearly dominant... especially with a radio tower nearby... kill 30+ balloons no trouble

oh yea, everyone says spike o pults are the worst, which is almost true.......
there is an exeption. put it at the end of the longest staightaway of the map with all the right corners. it will be a beast to be feared by all bloons, as it will damage that entire row. oh yea, set its priority to last.

Tack shooters are the best for everything except the metal bloons. I only use tack shooters, cannons, and super monkeys.
