Try going to the casualcollectives homepage. They have a very active forum over there, and they should be able to help you pretty quickly.

Edit: Amazing. At CC.com, I went to the space game. Got stuck at the exact same spot. I registered for an account, and as soon as it was done, it worked. I've let it sit for 2+ hours on this site. It won't work here, just on CC.com. Weird...
