A few questions though: - What would happen to the chat box?
- Is there Experience in phpBB? I doubt so, and that would unbalance the Tower Ideas for Hex TD (see thread "Hex TD add-ons in the shop?)
- When writing posts, are all the current features in phpBB/working the same ? Like polls, attachments, BB-codes (TAG][/TAG]), Smilies, etc.

There will be a chatbox for phpBB3, I just need to install it 
The Experience itself doesn't exists in phpBB3, but there should be a MOD equal to it orI can code one myself.
Almost all features are working the same. some BBCodes might be gone but can quickly be readded.

With the overview, fredg999 pretty much said it all... if it's not possible, I think we should at least separate the games into smaller groups such as a, b, #s, etc.

Games can be sorted in a better look I think. Need to look at it a little...

Yeh the spoiler will be gone but can very easily be readded.
