Endurance guide
Well, I don't hold the record, but I still have something to share.
1. Build 1 ground and 1 air tower.  2. Run 4 waves. If failed, start the game again. 3. Sell all towers, unlock poison towers and build one. Set focus to "Unpoisoned".  4. Upgrade poison tower 3 times (after 5th, 7th and 9th waves).  5. Run 6 waves. 6. Unlock ice towers and build one just above the poison tower. Set focus to "Unpoisoned".  7. Upgrade ice tower 5 times (after 17th, 19th, 20th, 22nd and 24th waves). 8. Change focus of ice tower to "Unslowed". 9. Upgrade ice tower 3 more times (after 25th, 27th and 28th waves).  Now you are have a good position to continue
