How do you do this?

I'm laying on the map with those 4 squares one in each corner (on easy) I've set up a missle double turret combo thing in each square. I maxed the missles, now should I max turrets also? (havent even touched em). If so what do I do after turret max, if not, what next?

Update, wave 19, they still not getting past my first corner, anyways i cant figure out how to sell bulding or get rid of them...i feel stupid lol
