Create my own tower defense game

How do you make your tower defense game using flash? I want to make a tower defense game from scratch with these features:

- Multiple enemies
Example:
level 1: 15 red bombs
level 2: 5 blue bombs and 20 red bombs

Something like that (like multiple types of enemies coming at a time).

- Upgrade features
Instead of normal upgrading feature which increases it's upgrade levels, instead you can have a bigger cannon ball upgrade for a cannon and some more different kinds of upgrades for a tower.

- Start round feature
When you start the game, a small welcome message will appear. And a start button will appear. To start playing, click the button. After each round is completed; a message will appear saying round 1 completed. And the start round feature appears. This will start the next round.

- Money, Lives

- End game

- Different maps

- Difficulties

- Turn sound or music off or on option

Is there any flash tutorial that can help me with that?
